| Program Description | Youth Wise provides transformational relationships for youth through one-on-one mentoring matches. Mentors and mentees meet once a week for 12 months, and can renew each consecutive year. They engage in community-based mentoring, where matches meet and do activities of their choice in the community, as opposed to meeting at school. |
